Final night Circular Challenge: from local crop to biobased building materials, kombucha, puzzles and furniture

Last Monday, January 29, the final night of the new crop edition of the Circular Challenge took place. After thirteen "regular" editions in which teams of young professionals got to work with the waste streams of partner companies, this edition the teams were challenged to work with local and regenerative crops. What solutions did the teams come up with for the local crops cup plant, water mint and reed, and which team will get the chance to further develop their prototype at BlueCity?
