Workshop: Make your own Heritage grain Pasta

What does a plate of pasta look like when you cook with what nature and the food chain have to offer at that moment? During the Heritage Grain Pasta Workshop, you’ll discover how ancient grains and surplus vegetables come together to form the basis of a circular meal. You’ll work with grains that restore the soil rather than deplete it, and with vegetables at risk of leaving the food chain: transforming them into fresh, colourful pasta full of flavour and nutritional value.
