Local&nature inclusive purchasing

In this challenge, catering entrepreneurs and chefs are introduced to the beautiful seasonal products from local farmers from the Rotterdam area, such as the Hoeksche Waard, the Albrandswaard, Voorne-Putten, Krimpenerwaard, Goeree-Overflakkee, Alblasserwaard and Midden-Delfland. Products and crops that are made and grown with a heart for nature & landscape and that you as a chef can get started with immediately. It doesn't get more local and fresh! Het Nieuwe Nassen is working together with Rotterdam de boer op!, De Tuin van Holland and Greendish in this challenge .
