Why Knot

Why Knot Design won the Circular Challenge in 2022 with the idea of a sheet material made from the Japanese knotweed plant. The startup is now working towards their first pilot projects. Since 2023, Why Knot has also been working with GKB Groep, Chayka and DubbelDoel Flora in a BlueCity chain project to create the local economic chain around Japanese Knotweed.
