HarvestCare is a mission driven organization working on connecting regenerative agriculture with the healthcare system.

HarvestCare wants to live in a world where the healing power of food is part of the healthcare system. They envision governments and medical services supporting interventions that incentivize nutrient-rich food coming from regenerative farms for all and want every person to have access to affordable, nutritious food and support to incorporate healthy eating habits into their lives. HarvestCare all of the food supply chains supporting local bioregional regeneration, which revitalize local ecosystems, communities and economies.
Their mission is to remove all of the barriers impeding members of local communities to use food as medicine. HarvestCare facilitates community based preventive healthcare using the framework of Teaching Kitchen, which empowers groups to lead healthy and sustainable lifestyles. Teaching Kitchen includes nutritional workshops, culinary classes and individual support to achieve long term health impact. They work with food that comes from farms that regenerate their local ecosystem, while enhancing the nutrient density of produce.
