Syntropic Farming is an agroecological methodology of replanting ecosystems with productive species, and it addresses root causes of the current (multi-)crisis we are going through: biodiversity loss, bio-chemical outflow, degraded soils and human health.

De BosBoerderij brings civil society parties and landowners together to co-develop and co-manage these productive ecosystems locally. They develop syntropic farm designs for ecological, social and economic functions. They implement and manage syntropic systems with farmers who want to experiment with this methodology but do not know how. They validate this promising nature-restoring method, and build the future workforce, so by the time we have the proof of concept, we are ready to operate syntropic farms at scale.
