Interview Suite Hotel Pincoffs: how to be sustainable in a listed building

How do you incorporate sustainability in a hotel located in a listed building; which barriers and regulations do you encounter and what are the solutions? Last November, the workgroup Listed Buildings of Hotel Neutraal started with the Rotterdam-based hotels Hotel New York, Hostel Room and Motto by Hilton to research these questions. A sustainable frontrunner in Rotterdam and a source of inspiration is Suite Hotel Pincoffs. Since 2008, owner Edwin van der Meijde has managed to combine sustainability with history. We asked him for his tips and tricks.
