On Friday 2 October, BlueCity welcomes harpist, composer and therapeutic harp practitioner Indra Diallo to the Dome, the former wave pool of Tropicana, for the second edition of Resonant.

Blending West African blues influences with neoclassical soundscapes, Indra weaves together music, storytelling and the warm resonance of the harp. This special performance celebrates the release of her debut album: a deeply personal musical journey about finding home within yourself. The album is the result of eighteen months of collaboration with traditional musicians in Senegal and Guinea. Recorded partly in Senegal and partly in the Netherlands, it reflects Indra's own story: two worlds, woven into one.

With Resonant, BlueCity presents a series of immersive lie-down concerts in the remarkable acoustics of the Dome. A place where music, architecture and people come together. Shoes off, phones away: everything is designed to help you slow down, listen and simply experience.

After the concert, you're invited to stay for a drink and conversation, with a circular beer from Vet & Lazy or a refreshing glass of bissap.
